I unbiased got the DVD a couple of days ago and I really like the mix and match format. However, if you need music for motivation, skip this one.

There are 5 different 10 dinky segments as follows:

Boot Camp – Light cardio, squats, push ups, etc. Need dumbells and a chair. This is billed as the ‘strength training’ segment and it’s fast, but safe.

Pilates – I’ve never done pilates before so it could be a typical pilates workout, but I was suprised to get it was all ab work. Very tough – something for my conventional stomach muscles to work up to! My husband who works his abs all the time said it was a agreeable workout, but took some coordination.

Ballet – All barre work (chair) . I took ballet as a kid and I loved this share. Enormous for legs & arms! The moves are not nearly as complicated as those in the NYC Ballet Workout.

Kickboxing – Least well-liked portion. Moves hard to follow and not very fun. Stick to Tae Bo.

Yoga – I’ve never taken Yoga before either, but I would contemplate this “relaxing”. The stretches were fabulous. Big arrangement to slay the workout.

On an ongoing basis, I will probably do Boot Camp twice, Ballet twice, Pilates once and accomplish with Yoga to score a paunchy hour workout. I was disappointed with the kickboxing part, but in general, The 10 Microscopic Solution delivers a solid workout with variety! It’s also a big diagram to sample some of the different workout types out there. I’m aroused to check out more yoga workouts and more mix-n-match DVD’s.

This a substantial workout video. I tend to become very bored when it comes to working out. This video keeps me alive to and actively enthusiastic. Each workout is 10 minutes long. There are 5 workouts- aerobics, pilates, ballet, kickboxing, and yoga. You can even program a workout to tailor your needs. I tend to do 2 sessions of the pilates (it really works the abs), ballet (all you need is a chair to relieve you), kickboxing (you feel it in your thighs), and yoga (a nice cool-down) . I do recommend this product to anyone who isn’t really into walking 40 minutes on a treadmill or going to a gym. I glimpse forward to working out everyday with this dvd!
